Return Policy
We kindly ask that you follow our return policy to expedite any potential returns and refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Email us at contact@yetitape.com and we will provide you shipping innstructions.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include company credit or credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable fees. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging.
Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. If you are returning apparel, it must be returned unworn and unwashed. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
If you would like to speak with customer service please email us at contact@yetitape.com and a representative will contact you. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please call us within 30 days and we will send you the correct product or replacement product at no cost to you.
Shipping Policy
Currently we can ship products everywhere in the United States and Canada. We apologize but presently we are not shipping to any other International locations. After an order is submitted, it will be shipped within one business day. All products will be shipped UPS (ground or 2 day) or USPS (priority) as determined by our company.
